At the heart of Courtney’s practice are values like empowerment, safety, authenticity, and a sense of fun and play. They believe in creating a non-judgmental space for clients, using a multi-systems approach, and building trust and strong connections to help clients achieve their goals on their terms.
Through an attachment lens, Courtney believes that clients are able to build trust in themselves and their family systems by healing the root of trauma and building up confidence to manage daily life and beyond.
